I don’t know what the team vax rate is.


But I’m pretty confident Covid hit wrestling team pretty good last season as it did virtually every junior, high school and college program I am familiar with.

Wrestling is a contact sport. Some states like NY are making the kids wear masks in matches and practices. It is a foolish effort.

I can easily name at least 50 people I know who have had Covid since Christmas. Several for the 2nd time. Almost all vaxxed. Half my office has had it. We all were vaxxed and many were mask wearers.

If they are getting Covid in waves what protocol would the wrestling team possibly follow that would prevent Covid in a wrestling room?

The VT wrestling team isn’t some exception. The NHL has almost 100 games to be made up. Covid and contact sports are inseparable at this point.
