Remember what CMY started with after Buzz left. He didn't have a team. So he had to assemble a new staff, get transfers, and try to get a couple of recruits. That first year was just trying to keep the program afloat while setting the stage for the future.

Year two had Nolley transfer and we lost Radford during the year. Plus covid, which doesn't help when trying to build a program and build recruiting connections.

Now year three, we are still relying on the transfers (who helped keep the program afloat). The young talent looks promising, so we shall see what the next chapter looks like. Next year will really be the first one with a team that CMY has been able to fully recruit and develop. So the program is just getting started.
