Well, let's be honest. He had to grab what he could work with.


Just because there is no one left that Mike didn't pick, that doesn't mean he got his first pics on anything. Everybody knew it would take a little bit of time to rebuild. He's literally started from scratch, and on short notice the first year.

Last season spoiled everybody because we were running so far ahead of schedule. People just have to give it time, but I know that's not what most people are able to do.
