SIR but did Suntrust now Truist totally screw up their transition or what?

I received my new debit card about a week ago. The instructions said to activate the card on February 21st. Who had the bright idea to transition on a banking holiday? I activated it. Then I went to update my card in different apps. Apple Pay wouldn't verify the new card after multiple attempts. It finally did yesterday evening. I went to put it into a new app today... won't verify. I tried calling Truist, and wait was "more than 60 minutes." After over an hour, the call disconnected before I ever got a real person on the phone. I tried to log in tonight through their website, and my password wouldn't work. I tried the password recovery option, and it said that it wasn't working and to call them. Wow. I could honestly just switch banks at this point. I have to update my payment details on everything anyway. They only had like what seems like 20 years to get ready for the transition. At least I wasn't like a lot of other people that couldn't use their debit card. Mine at least works everywhere I have tried it in person so far. Somebody messed up.
