I agree, I am quitting them, I was stuck in a hotel with a bill in limbo


I couldn't reach anyone on the phone at all. There have been other screw ups. A wire transfer sent to the wrong place. Branches you could walk in are now closed or closing soon. You can honestly see the low morale in the face of the employees. I used to love BB&T. I thought they were the best small business bank there was.
