You’ll go through the Virgin River Gorge on I-15 on your way to LV right


around the Nevada-Arizona line. (You’ll be in AZ for 15 miles or so on your way from UT to NV). The gorge isn’t Zion but for my money it’s the most breathtaking interstate scenery anywhere in the US.

As for restaurants, there are countless great ones in Las Vegas. What type of food do you like?
