Incentives


Pretty sure there is plenty of incentive money, Coach of the year, winning Regionals and Supers, winning ACC regular season etc. that could bump that up 50 k or more this year. Something a Hoo softball coach has never seen. Incentive bonus prob in there as well coming up. Not a bad deal, and oh yes, instead of coaching UVA softball and dealing with Carla, our AD likely to tear this deal up and extend again, as opposed to being on a two year deal (JO) with no second year guarantee, Really?
