At the end of the day, for all the talk about building

relationships in Virginia, Pry has to do two things - fill a class with good talent from out of state AND develop players at a much better rate than we have seen at Tech in probably 15 years.

If he can build a division winning team from 2 and 3 star players, he'll be able to 'build recruiting relationships' in the state of Virginia. If he can't, then he'll be stuck blowing smoke up butts for 5'9" 160 lbs wide receivers in Richmond whose next best offer is Wake Forest. The belief that we are going to get top in state talent because he and his coaches have silver tongues is a false one. It was false 7 months ago and it is false now.
