Amateurs should not play blades- especially with today's ball

Which is engineered more than ever to fly "straight"- blades are for work-ability only- the ability to bend mid to long irons- get a pins with money on the line- that is the sole purpose of the true blade iron. Many top pros are even using muscle/cavity back clubs now themselves. The ball just does not bend as much. I play the 2014 Ping I 25's- they are a low-mid handicap iron that can and is used by pro's and not a "game improvement" iron like their G series is. I would recommend those or something similar, such as the Taylor Made RSi or even the Titleist AP 2's- which are fantastic as well. No way I would recommend blades at this stage of the game- why? to impress people at a member/guest?
