Very true, but


I've spoken off record with the press many, many times

an "influential Texas source" is so broad a description that it's hard to lend any degree of credibility to it at all.

no one in the Tx decisionmaking chain would refer to the situation as a "forced marriage" nor would they have to speculate that "who knows" " a lot could happen". Is that the kind of statement you'd hear from Babcock or Sands"?

sounds more like a donor or politician, neither of which is going to be able to do any more than guess.
