I have a Roku and for some of the channels (not just sports) they require

verification of either a cable or satellite subscription in order to watch it through the Roku. For people who do watch those channels, then I am not sure how much cord cutting can really be done. At least I haven't been able to find any loopholes since some of the channels currently don't allow a person to purchase a subscription through the Roku.
