What's this?

Found it much easier to quit than tobacco or alcohol.


The latter I still struggle with.

But then, the wacky was never an "addiction" like the other two to begin with. It was just a "thing." Not unlike choosing where/what to eat, or what to wear. I was never constantly drawn back to it like the other vices. It was just something to do on rare occasion.
