The deal also means that ND is not required to join in football.

through 2036 but has a full ACC Network share, its 20% share for other sports, keeps the NBC deal and has a good home for basketball, lacrosse, soccer and baseball.

ND also has good access to minor bowls and has its November football scheduling issue solved.

The ACC will now not be raided by the Big Ten and is stable for two decades, meaning that ND now has the CR stability and status quo it desires.

The fact that the two deals (2012, 2016) shoved feces into Jim Delany's face and ended his quest to force ND (and Virginia, NC, etc..) into the Big Ten has made my decade.

My hatred of the Big Ten knows no bounds, so I am very happy where things now stand.

Its a good deal for both sides, as is, for twenty years.
