If Clemson wins... it'll be: #1 Alabama, #2 Clemson, #3 Washington, #4 Ohio State. I can't see Alabama falling out, unless they lose something like 45-0, in which case I think they still only fall to the #4 spot. Remember, conference championship games are not elimination games, but are instead an extension of the regular season which carries heavy weight in a tie-breaking scenario... thus Alabama will be in.

If Clemson loses... it'll be #1 Alabama, #2 Washington, #3 Ohio State and a #4 team. The #4 team will be Wisconsin if they win. If PSU wins, it'll likely be PSU. I'd put the chances at Oklahoma sneaking into the 4th spot at less than 3% and Michigan less than 1%.
