The future of ESPN
In the era of cord cutters, ESPN can't sustain the model they have been running under. Even Disney is worried...
The ACC Network on ESPN3 is currently free, if you have a provider that carries it. If this changes, how much would the average person be willing to pay for it? If $10 a month guaranteed you access to all the Hokie FB and MBB games, as well as other sports (and other ACC teams), would you sign up? What if it was $5 a month? What if it was $20 a month? If ESPN can find the price where Subscribers X Cost brings in the most $$$, I think it could be the ACC that is on the forefront to make the most from it.
