I've know Napier 20+ years. He has always lived on a boat since HS->


Haven't spoken to him, but I KNOW he is devastated. Several of the people from his place (City Bar) lived there..David is resilient and a strong dude. I hope the best for him and all the others down there! He's doing a fundraiser at his bar if anyone is local and can attend..i know they would appreciate any help they can get. Insurance and old boats are often at odds..worth much more than their appraised value!
