Lehigh's web page says it will be on the Patriot League Network.

I don't know what this network is and can't tell for sure if this is a free webcast or has some fee. I haven't found anything on fees, so I'm guessing it's free/ad-supported.

The main Twitter page for @PatriotLeagueTV says "Live free games at http://www.PatriotLeague.tv", so hopefully no charge.
