The way that Dresser spoke about his staff and the way Dresser is I feel like his wish is for the staff to stay on at VT and carry on his legacy. He takes pride in what he does and I think he's of the "I trained my relief" mindset. I don't think he would be so glowing about the staff if they were just going to follow him to Iowa or go elsewhere.

For Robie to take over as head coach and it be a smooth transition I think he needs Zadick and St John. I don't see why they would leave honestly because they are guaranteed a promotion and pay raise at a top 5 program which isn't easy to find. Their stock will only benefit if they stay and their stock could increase substantially if they are successful in keeping VT a top 5 program over the next few years.
