I don't think we know yet if we are rebuilding or not, as we don't know who might or might not leave. Having said that, I believe if Dresser had stayed, he would have had a 1 or 2 year minor rebuilding task ahead of him. Whoever the next coach is will have some kind of rebuilding to do.
