What OTHER way is there to touch someone? ;-)
I don't particularly buy into this being a gender issue or one where gender matters. Would you have an issue if these were baseball players and a female coach or trainer did the same thing?
She was showing an immature lack of respect to a fellow participant -- and he knew damn well why, too -- and he immaturely reacted to it. I don't think it makes it any better or worse with her being female. Him being a coach is much more important than her being female, IMHO.
