In terms of bowl tie ins....

which is what this discussion was about they were in fact behind 15 years ago and even further back than that. Now to your latest, tell us exactly what criteria you believe made the ACC any more of a premier league 15 years ago than it is today. Show us for once you can actually answer the question asked and defend your position with relevant knowledge.
