Saban negotiated an NFL staff when leaving the Dophins. 1 NC from 95-03,


now he has 4 in the last 8 years. Clemson also has a huge staff. Saban and Dabo are close friends and of course Dabo went to Bama. The pattern is pretty clear here.

These larger staffs are making a huge difference, but it will be interesting to see if they can limit it in some way.
