His radio show


I'm sure the syndication fees that ESPN earns from distributing his radio show makes up for his salary.

His show represents what ESPN should be doing since they were already making a buck off of him. Instead, they took overpriced "talent" and created shows to air that they couldn't syndicate airing at a time when most people are at work.
