...t to leave their travel team to play for the Starz but that happens everywhere. In several years of pretty high-level18-U travel ball coaching my team lost several players to "bigger" or "farm team" programs. Mickey Dean has his travel team where he places kids now. Angela Tincher left her longtime travel club (Scrappers) to go play for the (then) bigger program Shamrocks. Jayln Ford (JMU) left the local Renegades to play for the Starzs. It is a common practice, IMO.
