The rankings focus on potential NCAA scoring


... and especially those who will add significant points to the team total - i.e. Potential AAs.

Other good wrestlers in the room help with depth, etc, to make a program better, and some could even make it to the NCAAs at some point. But the focus of the rankings is those elite national level wrestlers in HS who should rise to the highest level
