from a school not known for wrestling (smithfield). he is just now making his presence known on a national level due to those limitations .and will be competing at Fargo this summer.

He just won the VA 4A state at 184 in physically dominating fashion and this past wknd was a beast at the VA junior greco/freestyle states (outstanding wrestler). Big Thrower!

After Borst and Lewis .Smeltzer has a TON of upside!

And in context of the initial rankings review it was referring to a potential "need" at the 184 spot. Smeltzer likely goes 174/184 after a redshirt year
