Brandeau (Louisiana spelling) has been saying this for some time.


He likes the ACC and would like to see Notre Dame as a full member but he, like many, are only stating their opinion.. with his being "strong" according to his tweet. "A matter of time" could be 10, 20, 30, years. Some are reacting to his most recent tweet as if Notre Dame is going to join very soon, but I expect things to remain the same for a long time.
