Every league, and even independence, offers more than this now second year hodgepodge offers. I get Notre Dame''s ACC love. But, the ACC offers nothing to a large AAU PUBLIC SCHOOL like UT. It's just a flat out ridiculous notion. And they should know they aren't getting another LHN anyhow. That time has come and gone and they've already capitalized on it as well as anyone.

Sorry man. I thought you had a better feel for these things. The ACC is a far distant fifth option after, 1) B1G 2) Pac12 3) independence 4) SEC 5) ACC. For obvious reasons. Texas ain't sending it's students athletes to compete in a league half a continent away. WVU HAS to do that. Texas sure as heck doesnt.

And all those three leagues ahead of the ACC would also take them if they were seriously wanting/needing a league. Don't think A&M would balk at their addition. Texas is big enough for 2 SEC schools and A&M would enjoy that rivalry game being back.
