I do not like the HE machines. They don't use enough water. I had an LG

and it started leaking in February. Then it became so unbalanced that the cycles weren't completing. I'm finally getting a refund after horrible customer service so I have to look around, too.

Luckily, I bought it from HHGregg so they had to replace it from them. Since they went out of business, I am getting a refund. Hooray! I did NOT want another LG.

I like the big tubs without the agitators but nothing much else about them. I even heard that if you pour a bucket of water in some of them, they will drain back to the insufficient water level.

And of course, only top load. The front loads retain water and get moldy.
