When someone breaks the rules/law, but it's (mostly) harmless

does it annoy you?

I'm talking about situations where their actions are VERY UNLIKELY to cause harm to others, BUT indicate an attitude of "oh, that rule doesn't apply to me"

In this case, I was at our school today for pickup from a summer camp. 2 instances:

One person parked in a spot that is definitely a "no parking" area. Not handicapped, just didn't want to walk 30 yards or so further.

For the other, the school has a loop which is one way. The 2nd person pulled in the wrong way so they didn't have to wait in the line of cars that were going the right way. Again, mostly harmless, as the loop actually has plenty of room for 2 lanes of traffic, but another example of "that rule doesn't apply to me"

Or, as I see it, the aspect of this that annoys me is that these people are essentially saying "my time is more important than yours", and that attitude annoys me.
