Likely albino...
True white whitetail deer are extremely rare, even more so than albinos. Albinos are easy to distinguish as they have pink eyes, pink noses and pinkish ears. They are more closely related to the piebald (or pinto) deer GFF was referring to. Albinos also have a roman nose like pintos do, a genetic quirk that comes with the trait.
How do I know all this? I have taken a true white whitetail hunting several years ago. The coat looked like it had just a light dusting of brown on it, but overall was white. Plus had the typical dark nose, dark eyes and normal morphology of the skull structure. To top it off, was a buck. Not very impressive rack, very similar to what you see with albinos, short, stunted and kinda scraggly.
One interesting thing about your picture is that it appears to be a fraternal pair. I don’t think I’ve ever heard of a pair of albino deer being born. That’s like winning the Powerball and MegaMillions jackpots back to back with the same numbers kinda odds.
I'm going to let my brother know to keep a look out for these. His wife takes some awesome wildlife photography in that area and would love to get a snapshot of the two. They live right around Kent's Store.
