in delivery? Used to be that I could always get two day delivery in two days (duh), regardless of whether or not the second day was a weekend.

Recently, I'll go to buy something on a Thursday and sometimes it'll show 2 day delivery as Tuesday. I know it depends on where it's shipping from, etc but that used to never happen. It'd be Saturday or Sunday at the latest.

Additionally, I've been seeing packages delivered late. And I don't mean 10pm, although FedEx delivers around 7pm here. I mean next day late. Supposed to be here Monday, says it'll be here Monday, doesn't show up Monday. Shows up Tuesday.

Is Amazon getting so big that they're starting to fail in their most prized and celebrated selling point? Are they getting too cheap and loose with their shipping vendors? In Tampa they use USPS, UPS, FedEx and their own AMZ delivery.

Here we also have Prime Now which is supposed to be delivery within 2 hours. When it first launched a couple of years ago, it worked great. Now, the two hours has turned often into 8-10 hours. I ordered something at 7am a few weeks back that didn't get here until 6:30pm.

I know... first world problems, but just curious if anyone else is experiencing this?
