I worked in a 210,000 sq ft office that had real snakes..

garter snakes about 2-2.5 ft long.. one would show itself about every 2-3 weeks. The building had been vacant for about a year before we moved in..This went on for about 2 years 'till they got rid of them all. One slithered out from under my desk one day but luckily I was away from my desk..I hate snakes.
