US leagues should adopt soccer's relegation system. Do away with college

Sports and have several tiers of pro leagues. Bottom 3 teams drop a tier, top 3 teams get promoted a tier. Motivates teams to always do their best. And gives fans of weaker teams a rooting interest at end of season.
