They never seem to be there when they could catch


the really bad drivers. Tuesday on 295 near the Mechanicsville exit these two pass me going over 75mph and you can see the terrible tailing from the Celica. He eventually passes, cuts back right in front, and hits the brakes. I called it in to #77 but they didn't seem too concerned.

I snapped the picture feeling something was going to go wrong
