Ernst & Young had 2 weeks paid paternity in 2003 when my first

was born. I took every day of that leave! The irony is, the first two weeks, on some level, are the easiest. New borns generally sleep a lot for the first couple of weeks before they get cranky!

If employers give benefits to employees, I suspect they will use them.
