Rant: People who show up 10 min late to a meeting and then have questions.

There are a few people in my organization that constantly do this. It's not the occasional "oh my bad, really sorry, my last meeting ran over.' No, it's the guy who's IM status is away 25 minutes and then shows up 10-15 minutes late and wants to ask questions that were already covered. Don't be that guy (or gal).

You show up late, you don't get to ask questions. Follow up with someone after the call.
