Net assets would include the value of your farm


If you don't owe anything on it, it is worth $600K and you have $400K of other assets (cash, cars, 401K, etc) and no other debt - you are already a millionaire.

My post was kinda TIC, lots on here talking about residences in high cost of living areas making lots of millionaires - true for the typical homeowner in those areas, if they have owned it for at least 15 or 20 years. I just hope that survey was based on a net value (surely) and not a millennial couple with two high paying jobs, but next to no equity in their million dollar house.
