Yep...gentle stretches every hour or so...


I had it pretty severe in both feet for a while. I like to go up against a door frame, put my toes as far up the frame as possible, and then lean past the opening to the door...if that description makes sense...lol. Keep the knee locked strait and really stretch it. You feel the stretch most in your upper calf, but it really eases all the tension in your plantar fascia.
