For those of you who still remember cursive writing. When you


write a capital letter (start of a sentence, beginning of a name, whatever) is the next letter of that word connected to the capital letter, or does the capital letter stand alone and then the rest of the small letters are continuous?

How did you learn it, and/or how do you do it?
