Isn't it a shame that when women come to work dressed like that,

a man cannot even say to her, "wow, Anna, you look nice today," out of the fear of sounding harassing. We are supposed to look away and not notice a thing, and definitely make no mention of it. Hell, I'd even be afraid of complementing a coworkers earrings in today's climate.
