It is true. Most decent guys can control it, but essentially we are animals that are tremendously visually stimulated. Even the guys that have the control and the good sense not to say anything to a scantily clad female are going to notice it ... and they are going to enjoy it. Doesn't matter if you are single or happily married, when a good-looking female strolls through the office, you notice and you like it. If she is also scantily clad, you notice and enjoy it even more.

That doesn't mean it is ok to say or do inappropriate things but it does lead to exercising a lot of self-control sometimes, particularly if the female in question is flirtatious. There are a lot of these ladies who really enjoy the attention and definitely know which guys are more likely to give them attention. I think that is where the 'power' situation comes into play. A lot of guys who think they can get away with it due to their position/wealthy/stature lose their self-control and do stupid things and they should pay for them.

Just my $.02. Glad I work from home 80% of the time where I can only sexually harass myself.
