I did it for awhile. Fell off the diet wagon, though... but it's doable.


I went a solid year to a year and a half eating no raw sugar or corn syrup. I cut back BIGTIME on the carbs (think very few to no potatoes, bread, or rice), and I walked the merde outta my dog, whether she liked it or not, and then I went to the gym for awhile. Lost 70 lbs and dropped my A1C from a 6.8/6.9 all the down to a 4.6.

I was doing great until 7-11 stopped selling the particular oatmeal kit I was having for breakfast every morning. It became more of a chore to do things right, so I stopped doing them. I need to get back into my good habits. It's a new year... maybe...
