Actually I know quite well. Work for a small private company and have


been funded by US EPA and National Lab grants on many occasions for the last 20+ years.

Like I said, the reports/results often get written with an agenda in mind whether intentionally or not. Sampling is often rigged (not necessarily intentionally) to give a certain "expected" result that supports a desired conclusion.

As for global warming/climate change the models they use were developed by people with an agenda one way or the other. Those that want to say warming exists and is getting worse have no interest in supporting data that says otherwise and vice versa. The individual scientist collecting data on sea temperatures may not have any part in this but his or her data gets warped to support varying conclusions.

I will leave it at that since you already have an opinion that won't change much and so do I.

One thing that I'd say is undeniable is whatever is gonna happen is gonna happen and what you and I think or do isn't gonna change squat. 4 or 5 billion+ folks in developing regions like China, Africa, South America, and India will though. The economics of climate change are big business now and nothing short of a world war or global pandemic will change that.
