Sounds delish. I was going to add more booze at bottling
but it really didn't need it. I soaked the oak chips in 12 oz of a mixture of American Honey and Vanilla Liqueur. After 2 weeks, it was more oakey than I wanted so I put the chips in the secondary and only about 2 ounces of the booze. I then added about 10 oz of a fresh mixture. Any more at bottling would have overpowered the beer.
