Closest thing to a "gadget" I can think of that I've got is a bread machine

And definitely still use it.

Other items...convection toaster oven, kitchenade mixer, fry daddy, crock pot...I don't really consider those to be "gadgets." You will actually see those used on a cooking show, which to me makes it an appliance, not a gadget.
