In all seriousness, of all the bright ideas being thrown around which will hurt the college game, this is the one I fear most. Coaches will have to "recruit" their existing players every year, every depth chart / playing time decision will have to factor this in to some degree, it will only bridge the gap further between the haves and have nots, the fan experience/discussion will talk about this all the time (will he leave?), it will become closer to the NFL (just like every other idea). We'll see.
