It is a 10 year annuity. Returns can vary widely on rolling 10-year return


From negative to positive. We just happen to be near the end of a 10-year window with extreme monetary policy intervention. Past interventions haven't been this long-lasting or so direct in official purchases in so many financial asset classes.
