Not sure if this will work in your setup but what I did is replaced my


my flood lights with 3000k LEDs from HD. Then I replaced my switch to one that is programmable that has a dusk to dawn feature. I've had this setup for almost 2 years with no issues.

I will say that when I did this "smart" switches were not as popular. If I were doing it today I would put a WeMo switch in place of my programmable one.
