I have to sign this thing under penalty of perjury that it's correct.


If I didn't know about it, they maybe could've skirted it. Owner could've taken it as an S Corp distribution and then paid for it himself and I would have never been the wiser. But now I know it was an employee bonus and it's taxable to the employee. It's gotta be fixed right.

Besides, owner wants the deduction, I'm sure. Which is cool. He can deduct it, but it's taxable compensation to the employee.
